Chosentech ("we") respects your personal data. This policy explains how information is collected, used, retained, and protected when you use chosentech.info, its contact form, and related services. Chosentech is the data controller, based in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Privacy inquiries may be sent to chosentech.g@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

• Server and security logs, such as IP address, browser, device, access time, requested URL, and error records.

3. Service providers and international processing

We use web hosting, Google Apps Script, Gmail, and Google Analytics to process necessary information. These providers process data according to their functions and terms, and Google systems may process information outside Taiwan. We do not sell your personal data.

Necessary site functions do not require analytics cookies. On your first visit, you may allow analytics or use necessary functions only. To change your choice, clear site data for chosentech.info and reload the site. Your browser or advertising platform may offer additional tracking controls.

5. Retention and security

Inquiry and project data is normally retained for no longer than three years, unless a longer period is needed for law, contract, dispute handling, or an ongoing engagement. Google Analytics event retention is intended to be set to 14 months. Server logs are retained according to hosting and security needs. We use reasonable access controls, HTTPS, and server-side protections, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access, a copy, correction, restriction, deletion, or withdrawal of analytics consent. Email chosentech.g@gmail.com with enough information to verify your identity and locate the data. We will respond according to applicable law and within a reasonable period.

7. Children, external links, and changes

This service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children's data. External sites have their own privacy policies. If this policy changes materially, we will update the date on this page; please review the latest version before continuing to use the site.
